- I understand that life happens, and plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance via text, call, or email. I’m always willing to be flexible when there's communication. If a no call no show happens more than twice, then all future appointments booked by you will be canceled by my office. No exceptions.
